Meditation and pranayama are the practices integral to Yoga. Pranayama techniques involve breath awareness and control. They purify both the body and the mind as well as balance prana- life energy. Meditation does not only help to develop steady and unwavered mind but also enables us to understand its very nature. Both pranayama and meditation facilitate positive thinking and equanimity, making them an excellent remedy for stress.
The aim of this regular workshop is to make pranayama and meditation part of your daily life, and to deepen your Yoga practice. Guidance and techniques introduced during this event follow the teachings of Swami Maheshwarananda and his system Yoga in Daily Life.
