Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Weronika Chaberko

Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful practice during which lying and seated poses are passively held for 3-5 minutes. Long-held poses help to overcome restrictions in the fascia and other connective tissues, significantly improving range of motion. The stillness and quietness of this practice enables the nervous system to switch into 'rest and digest' mode and the mind to become completely engrossed in the present moment. Yin Yoga is a perfect counterbalance to Yang, active, competitive and fast-paced lifestyle many of us lead.
