• If you've paid for a course and you don't like your first class, we'll happily offer you a refund, minus the cost of the class you have just attended. You must inform your instructor straight after the first session as no refunds can be given after this point. This offer applies to 10 or 12 week courses only.
     
  • If you have paid for a course but haven't attended any of the classes we cannot offer you a refund and payments are non-transferable.
     
  • If you haven't paid for a course but would like to drop-in, we cannot always guarantee there will be a space for you and we reserve the right to refuse admission if the class is full.
     
  • If your payment has not been received before or on the first day of the course, you will be charged a drop-in fee, which will later be refunded once the money has cleared.
     
  • Once you have committed to a course it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled number of sessions.
     
  • We offer you the possibility to make up for missed classes by attending another session instead. This is only valid for the current term and we ask you to please check availability with your instructor first, as we cannot always guarantee there will be space.
     
  • If you have booked a block of ten one-to-one classes, they must be used up within 14 weeks of the first session.
     
  • It is your responsibility to tell your instructor of any injuries or medical issues that may be relevant before practicing Yoga and keeping them updated throughout the course.
     
  • If you are pregnant or fall pregnant during a course, you must tell your instructor as soon as possible as we do not recommend you practice Yoga for the first 14 weeks. We regret that no refund can be given.
     
  • If you are unsure whether or not you can practice yoga, please seek the advice of a health professional.
     
  • If you're attending a Yoga with... class you will be asked to fill in a registration form and we will assume that you'll have read and agreed with these Terms and Conditions. 
     
  • By attending our Yoga classes, you understand your own body’s challenges and take full responsibility for your own practice.
