Yoga with... offers regular retreats in the UK and abroad. Our retreats are the ideal opportunity to slow down and take care of your physical and mental wellbeing.

We hand-pick all our venues and make sure you're always well looked after.
On our Retreats you will experience a mixture of asana (physical postures), pranayama (awareness of breath), meditation and deep relaxation leaving you feeling calm, recharged and rejuvenated.
The morning classes will have a more energising feel, to set you up nicely for the day ahead and the evening sessions will be more restorative, allowing you to wind down and relax more deeply.
In between the yoga classes the time is yours to do as you wish. Our retreats are always located in serene, scenic surroundings so you will have an opportunity to explore the area on foot or simply relax.
There will also be a massage therapist on hand with various holistic treatments  - a perfect complement to the yoga.
