"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience."
After training as an actress 10 years ago and feeling there was something missing, I took up Yoga and quickly realised that's what I was meant to be doing.
I haven't looked back since and my acting background continues to influence my teaching.
I am Sivananda trained and have recently completed a Vinyasa Flow teacher training under leading instructor Claire Missingham.
My classes are friendly and down to earth. I blend challenging postures with proper breathing technique and total relaxation. Not only will you feel de-stressed and energised, but also strong and healthy from the inside out.
Stephanie also teaches a Saturday morning Pregnancy Yoga class in Kingston. Click here for more info.

"Stephanie is an excellent yoga teacher. I have private lessons with her and also attend her weekly classes. Her style of teaching is supportive and she creates an environment whereby you can feel comfortable to have a go at the postures no matter what level you are I find that time flies by when practising Yoga with™ her and she makes the classes interesting by providing variety and clear explanations. I enjoy Stephanie's down to earth approach and find her ability to challenge in a non judgemental way extremely helpful."

"I look forward to Stephanie's classes as they provide instant
relief from a hectic life. Stephanie's warm and caring demeanour makes
me feel she is glad to see me each week. Her patient and gradual approach
in the practice has helped me see improvements in postures that I have
been attempting for years without success with other teachers.
Stephanie offers a flexible class schedule which means I can find a make-up
class if I can't make my usual time. And with no two sessions ever the same
the time spent with her is fresh and fun.
Without fail I leave each week feeling relaxed and revitalised."

Just a quick note because I wanted to let you know how good your lessons
are. I suffer from chronic mental health problems but your classes make a
huge difference to how I feel, and I am sure they have enabled me to cope
(just about!) with the stressful new job I have. I especially like the inspiring
words at the end and the reminders to be mindful throughout. It's probably
not clear in the classes but I just wanted to make sure you don't underestimate
what you do for people. Thanks again!
