"Like water which can clearly mirror the sky and the trees only so long as its surface is undisturbed, the mind can only reflect the true image of the Self when it is tranquil and wholly relaxed."
Indra Devi

Hello,

I started practicing yoga as a young child. As an adult I discovered Core Power Yoga when I moved to San Diego, California. I enjoyed Core Power Yoga so much that I participated in their teacher training program in 2007. I would now like to share my love and passion for yoga with others here in London.

Core Power Yoga is an intuition based practice, which makes it available to people with all levels of yoga experience. I guide my students to either add to the pose and challenge themselves, or make a modification and take away from the pose so that it is less challenging. I encourage students to follow their intuition and let their body be their guide as to what is best for them.

Core Power Yoga is a vinyasa-style yoga, meaning that a flow is maintained between each of the poses in the sequence. Focusing on one breath to each movement encourages meditation in motion, and the connection of mind and body.

My classes present you with a healthy, challenging full body workout, which will energize, detoxify, stretch, and strengthen your body.

"Kim taught me yoga when I was a complete beginner. After my very first session with her, my breathing improved and I felt calm and relaxed.

Kim is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor as she always adapts her classes to suit each individual's ability. There is always a lovely energy that flows when she teaches and I find this helps boost my vitality and reduces stress."
