This Georgian country house provides stylish yet cosy accommodation. Every room has plenty of character and all have stunning views over the countryside.
All rooms are sharing either on a double, twin or triple basis.
Depending on numbers there is sometimes a room or two available for single use, subject to a supplement fee.
Kieran and Stephanie will be teaching a blend of Hatha Yoga over the weekend, which will include Asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing technique), meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), leaving you feeling calm, recharged and prepared for the winter months ahead.
Price includes:
· Accommodation for 2 nights.
· Five Yoga sessions by the warmth of the log fire or in the yurt with a wood burning stove depending on the weather.
· Healthy Breakfasts, vegan lunches & dinners using organic, home grown produce. Also a constant supply of teas, coffee and snacks.
· Transfers to and from Berwick station.
· Use of the tennis court (weather depending) & library’s eclectic selection of books.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 needs to be paid in order to secure your space and then the remaining final balance before 5th january 2012.

The Retreat begins at 5pm on the Friday and ends at 5pm on the Sunday.
Getting to Tilton House couldn't be easier as there are excellent road and rail links to the venue. London is just over an hour away and Brighton a 20 min car journey (A27). We however encourage you to "green-travel" by train by using one of the regular services from London Victoria and enjoy a complimentary group transfer from Berwick station, which is only 2 miles away.
Car-share is also recommended, where possible.

In the event of a cancellation:
- 60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit.
- 59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less £150 deposit) to a future Yoga with…™ Retreat.
- 29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.
