If you knew that babies took everything in like sponges, starting from in the womb, would you not want to be peaceful, happy and centered as early as possible?
Practicing yoga throughout a pregnancy is the first step to creating happy and secure children and can enable mothers-to-be to give their unborn babies the best start in life.
"I loved Stephanie's pregnancy yoga class, it was my opportunity to do something for the baby and I once a week.
It was such a positive experience and I have made some great friends.
She taught us great techniques to do at home and during labour, and provided individual postures if we had specific complaints.
I really looked forward to each class, and I would thoroughly recommend it! ."

"Having had trouble conceiving naturally and ultimately having to go down the IVF route, my husband and I were over the moon when we finally fell pregnant. So precious was my little gift that I became somewhat paranoid my body was going to let me and the baby down during the birth so we planned for an elective caesarian. When I started attending Stephanie's classes as well as her pregnancy retreat, I slowly started to change my mind. The bits of information I picked up started to resonate with me. The classes helped me to rationalise my fears and I started to feel confident about my ability to deliver our baby naturally. The techniques taught demonstrated ways you and your partner could assist your body and your baby through the birthing process. I now feel an enormous sense of calm about the impending birth and every day I say to my baby that “we’ll do it together…we’re a team”".

"The classes gave me the only chance in a busy week to really relax and focus on the baby rather than thinking of work. They were a great way of exercising and moving in a manner that would not over burden a growing bump.
The relaxation for use during labour was invaluable. In the end I had a c-section but as I was very nervous in the operating theatre, I still used the techniques in order not to panic. Most importantly I made some amazing friends in the class and we have remained very close since as our babies arrived within a couple of weeks of each other. I would totally recommend this class to anyone at any stage of pregnancy.
